Hi Tyler Crabb! Tyler has joined Daifuku Wynright as a controls engineering intern to gain automation systems hands-on experience. Internships are a great stepping stone into a full-time position after graduation. "I’ve always been interested in making interesting things. I was drawn to Daifuku Wynright from first learning of it at a job fair at my school. Daifuku had installed the AS/RS used in Utah State’s library. I wanted to be on the team to make such a great machine. I expect to sharpen my CADD skills and learn more about AutoCAD Electrical, something I don’t know how to use currently." He said. "I’ve found the art of moving goods interesting all my life. I would spend time in the creameries of the Oregon Coast just watching the cheese and milk moving around a production plant from a popular visitor’s catwalk. The thought that I can work helping the global economy thrive by moving valuables for the globe’s largest companies sounds like great fun! I want to be a part of this world!" He added. Morgan Corporate Challenge last Thursday! 🏃 Our #DaifukuTeam has enjoyed this challenge since 1994. 🎽 It's a great way to put faces to the names we only see on emails otherwise! This year the team included 14 participants and started the 3.5 miles run at the Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park. Marvin Jackson had the best time of 28:48!
