Thanks to the generosity of our employees and the support of our organization, our 2025 donations to local food banks and the American Red Cross totaled $25,850. 🎄 Holiday Spirit Week at Daifuku Intralogistics Hobart 🎄 As part of our Holiday Spirit Week, Office Manager Carmen Lopez, Human Resources, and our Talent Acquisition Team at Daifuku Intralogistics America had the pleasure of serving our 1st and 2nd shift Manufacturing Shop teams a hearty holiday meal ensuring both shifts were included in the celebration. The menu featured baked and fried chicken, roast beef, mac and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and cheesecake and brownies for dessert. We also hosted a raffle during the luncheons, with 75+ gifts won by team members across all departments. With holiday music playing and everyone enjoying great food and fellowship, it was truly a wonderful way to celebrate the season and show appreciation for our incredible teams. Thank you to our Daifuku Intralogistics America team for making this event so special!

On Tuesday, December 16, the ILUS Leadership team gathered to wish Kathy McCrorie a heartfelt farewell as she prepares to transition into a leadership role with Daifuku North America (DNA) in 2026. While this moment was bittersweet, we are grateful that Kathy will remain part of the Daifuku organization continuing to provide mentorship, guidance, and support along the way. During a luncheon hosted at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, Scott Shepherd, CFO, shared a meaningful message of gratitude, reflecting on Kathy’s journey since joining Daifuku (then Wynright) in November 2019. He highlighted the lasting impact of her leadership, including how she brought structure, energy, and strategic direction to the HR team helping elevate HR operations and support Daifuku’s continued growth. Congratulations to Kathy McCrorie as she begins this exciting next chapter with Daifuku. We thank you for your leadership, dedication, and the positive influence you’ve made over the past six years. Your impact will continue to be felt across the organization.

Last week, the Daifuku Intralogistics America team had the opportunity to attend SHOWpro 2025 in Atlanta and it was an inspiring few days of learning, connection, and fresh ideas. Hosted December 9–11 at the Georgia World Congress Center, the conference sparked great conversations around creativity, innovation, cost control, and purpose-driven marketing, all while helping us think differently about how to maximize our impact as we look ahead to MODEX 2026. We were especially energized by sessions from Leslie Kraemer, Duncan Wardle, Jefferson Davis, Pam Didner, Kathy Varol, and Andrew Davis, who shared practical insights and new ways to approach trade shows and brand strategy. A big thank you to MHI and the SHOWpro team for another fantastic event. We’re heading back with new perspectives and plenty of ideas to put into action. 🚀
