The Elanco team in Poland kicked off their Global Day of Purpose 2025 with energy and spirit! During initiatives like these, when we all come together around a shared goal, everything feels bigger — our engagement, our teamwork, our sense of purpose and the joy of creating something meaningful for animals and local communities.💙🐾🏅 The team rolled up our sleeves in big ways: 🐶 Built 10 dog kennels for a dog shelter 🦴 Made 35 snuffle mats for dogs 🦎 Prepared 10 terrariums for Warsaw ZOO 🏐 Took on 35 sports games and activities as team-building challenges 🎒 Designed many Elanco tote bags 🩺 Joined a first aid course and learned from a dog behaviorist 🧘 Practiced zen and balance during yoga classes This day reminded us that together we can accomplish extraordinary things. We officially opened our doors to our new 220,000 square-foot global headquarters in downtown Indianapolis. This is more than just a building. It’s about what we’re building: a future where innovation thrives and community flourishes. We were honored to celebrate this momentous occasion with special guests including Governor Braun, Purdue University President Mung Chiang, Mayor Joe Hogsett and Valley Neighborhood President Jay Napoleon. The highlight? Our adorable Medical Mutts service dog, Indy, who joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony, along with a band and dance team performance by Edison School of the Arts. This new campus accelerates our vision for the OneHealth Innovation District and deepens our commitment to going beyond—not just being the company that moved in, but a neighbor helping neighbors, making our community stronger, healthier, and happier for all.
Elanco’s Season of Purpose is underway!
