EquipmentShare Honored with Inaugural Ford Pro Community Award for Nationwide Giving and Disaster Relief Efforts
We officially opened the doors to our largest branch footprint yet! Our new 17,000-square-foot facility on 8.5 acres in Jacksonville, FL, is now open. This milestone marks our 28th location in the Sunshine State, co-locating our Core Solutions fleet with a brand-new CASE Power & Equipment of Florida dealership. From the rental yard to the retail showroom, this tech-powered hub is ready to support regional infrastructure, highway expansions, and storm hardening projects across North Florida. But building the future isn't just about moving iron--it’s about lifting up the communities where our teams live and work. As a core highlight of our grand opening, we were honored to present a "Giving Back" grant to the Wounded Warrior Project. This contribution directly supports their mission to serve wounded veterans and their families through vital rehabilitation and support programs. At EquipmentShare, supporting our nation's heroes is woven into our DNA. As a multi-year recipient of the HIRE Vets Gold Medallion, we prioritize creating meaningful career pathways for transitioning service members through our Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs. This grant is a natural extension of that core initiative—ensuring that those who sacrificed for our safety have the resources they need to thrive. At EquipmentShare, we don’t just offer jobs; we build careers. As we celebrate another year of growth, we’re proud to share how our apprenticeship programs are setting a new standard for workforce development. In just 12 months, we’ve expanded our registered programs to 11 states—including Texas, Florida, and Utah—with national registration on the horizon. We’ve bridged the gap from classroom to shop floor through strategic partnerships (WEX and OJT), turning every branch into a hub for transformation. Our CDL Driver Apprenticeship doesn’t stop at the certificate. We teach the "art and science" of loading 80,000-lb machinery—logistics rarely covered in standard schools. Our drivers graduate as masters of the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring safety from the highway to the jobsite. We’re producing a new breed of technician. By harnessing our T3® platform—which processes 6.4 billion data points daily—our apprentices move past manual guesswork. They use real-time insights to identify root causes with surgical precision, shortening the distance from "novice" to "expert" through elite data literacy. From our Distribution Center to the field, we’re investing in people facing life barriers to provide purpose and long-term opportunity. At EquipmentShare, we are building the future of construction and the future of its workforce. Join the mission!

Careers at EquipmentShare - Hiring Nationwide
11 years ago, EquipmentShare was founded on a singular mission: To enable the construction industry with tools that unlock substantial increases to productivity. Today, that mission is stronger than ever. As we celebrate our 11th anniversary, we’re taking a moment to look back at an incredible journey as a foundation for what’s next. This past year has added massive momentum to our mission. A major highlight was our January debut as a public company on the Nasdaq. While ringing the bell was a historic milestone, its true value lies in the opportunity it creates: allowing us to deepen our investment in the T3 technology and the 8,200+ people who are modernizing the American jobsite. From "digitizing the dirt" with 6.4 billion data points a day to creating thousands of new jobs and investing millions of dollars in the communities we call home through our national expansion and giving back initiatives, we are proving that mission-driven innovation leads to market-leading results. To our team, our customers, and our partners: Thank you for 11 incredible years. Together, we are building the future of construction, one connected machine and jobsite at a time.

At EquipmentShare, our mission to "Build the Future" doesn't stop at the jobsite. As we kick off our annual Giving Back Week (April 20–25), we are incredibly proud to celebrate the record-breaking impact our team of 8,200+ employees made in 2025. While many companies see volunteerism driven by office staff, EquipmentShare is defying industry norms. Last year, nearly 40% of our 6,000+ volunteer hours came directly from our field-level teams in Maintenance and Rental operations. These are the technicians and experts who keep America’s jobsites running, and they are the same people leading our community efforts from the shop floor up. 2025 Impact Highlights: 6,092.5 Total Hours: Dedicated to nonprofits across our 385+ locations. High-Depth Service: Our volunteers averaged 10.56 hours per person—doubling the national average for volunteer depth. Whether it’s preparing veteran-focused gardens with the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture or rolling up sleeves at local food banks, our team brings the same grit to service that they bring to the job. We want to thank our employees for their commitment to excellence and for proving that a stronger industry starts with a stronger community. Want to join a team that gives back? There is a lot of noise in our industry about "disruption," but at EquipmentShare, we’ve never been interested in change for the sake of change. We’re interested in impact. Reporting $4.4B in revenue for 2025 is a massive milestone -- but we are also proud of joining 95 new communities this year through our footprint growth. Each of those locations represents a new town we’re invested in and a fresh set of faces who have joined us for the journey. Seeing our "People First" culture take root in nearly 100 new yards in a single year is the ultimate validation. It proves that our mission is both scaling and being championed by the very people who build our world. From our roots in Columbia, MO, to 385 locations nationwide, our people are the engine behind these numbers. It’s an honor to tell the story of a team that is literally building the future, one jobsite at a time.

Last week we celebrated Women in Construction Week (March 1-7) where we featured the incredible women at EquipmentShare who engineer solutions, champion growth, spark innovation and strengthen our industry every single day. “What I’ve learned over the years is a lot of women don’t want to go into a male-dominated industry because they don’t feel confident,” said National Account Manager Karen Speight. “You have to be confident. You’ve got to be willing to go outside your comfort zone and jump in feetfirst. Especially in the construction rental industry, you’ve got to raise your hand and say, ‘Yes, I can do it.’” To every woman making a difference in construction, we see you, we value you and we appreciate you. Thank you for helping us build the future of construction. Women Build Thriving Careers Transforming the Construction Industry at EquipmentShare | EquipmentShare
The EquipmentShare Foundation was created to ensure that when a team member faces unexpected hardship, they have meaningful support behind them. Funded by both the company and voluntary employee donations, the Foundation provides financial assistance to employees navigating personal crises such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen challenges. This support makes a real difference. In 2025 alone, nearly $100,000 in hardship grants were distributed to 50 employees during critical moments. Even more inspiring, recurring employee donations to the Foundation increased by 91% in the fourth quarter, which is a powerful reflection of the generosity and care within our community. The EquipmentShare Foundation represents who we are at our core. We are a company that believes in taking care of its people and standing together when it matters most.

Going public represents an important step in our growth and reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our teams across the organization. As we enter this next chapter, our focus remains the same: building innovative solutions for the construction industry, supporting our customers and partners, and creating opportunities for our employees to grow and develop alongside the business. We’re grateful to everyone who has helped bring us to this point and are excited to continue building the future of EquipmentShare together.
