Employee Group Spotlight: The Live Well Team The Live Well Team is an employee-led group that provides a variety of health and wellness opportunities for FHLBank Indianapolis employees. In 2019 the bank provided a wellness fair, flu shots, healthy treats, and other wellness efforts to all employees, which was facilitated by the Live Well Team. Even though many of our staff are working remote in 2020, the Live Well Team continues to serve and support employees with health and wellness opportunities during these uncertain times. This fall, the team has rolled out a series of interactive activities to improve employee wellness, which includes: - A series of virtual yoga classes led by a skilled instructor for all levels of experience. - A two-part training series on elder care and caregiving to provide employees with training, resources, and support needed to help ease the caregiving process. - A conversation about overcoming stress with the help of a Certified Health Coach.
