Recently, one of our customers wasn’t feeling well and decided to sit down on a bench to rest. Jill noticed her right away and didn’t hesitate to check in with care and compassion. After hearing the customer felt a little lightheaded, Jill brought her some water and encouraged her to relax. But Jill didn’t stop there. Alongside another kind customer who witnessed the moment, Jill finished the customer’s shopping, checked her groceries out, and walked her to her car — even loading the bags into her trunk. This simple yet powerful act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s a perfect example of the heart and integrity our team brings every day. Jill, thank you for going above and beyond — you’re everything Giant Eagle stands for, and we’re proud to have you on our team!
