#TeamMemberTuesday â âLast summer, I graduated from Giant Eagleâs Intern Development Program, which gave me perspective. I learned that I have a lot to learn still. Iâve been a produce guy for a long time, but I still have a lot to learn in the other departments. I got to see the bigger picture by being part of that program.â â Chris, Grocery Team Leader & Intern Leadership Development Program Participant Learn more about Chris: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMeZX

Giant Eagle’s Veterans Business Resource Group recently wrote letters to several of our nation’s Veterans as part of Honor Flight Network’s recent trip to Washington, D.C. The letters were presented to the Veterans during a “mail call” on the flight home, which was meant to replicate when they were on active duty. “I get to be the customer’s voice. When leaders come into the store and ask us how things are going, I get to be the one to speak on behalf of the customers. If they have questions or they don’t like something, I like relaying those comments back to the people in senior leadership, so we can do something about it.” – Deb, GetGo Team Member Learn more about Deb’s GetGo story here: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM9vz
