A beautiful day for a chiller replacement! Working with one of our local hospitality clients, our Orlando team was tasked with upgrading an existing chilled water system by installing (2) new 500T air-cooled chillers. This new system will provide our client with proper temperature control and comfort within their building. Check out the before and after pictures of one of our latest AHU restoration projects our Harper Limbach team completed for one of our entertainment clients. When the lead time for this new air handling unit went from 20 weeks to 44 weeks, and our client was at risk of downtime and losing the allocated budget, we knew we had to get creative. We started by focusing on the primary concerns for this air handler, which were the rusting interior/exterior casing, deteriorating structural support, and the condition of the existing coil. By replacing the interior and exterior casing with new metal panels, refurbishing the existing structural steel, and thoroughly cleaning the coil, our client received a like new AHU, money back towards their CAPEX, and minimal downtime to their facility.

The Spring is the Department of Children and Families (DCF) certified Domestic Violence Center for Hillsborough County that helps victims of domestic violence rebuild their lives and raise awareness to prevent domestic violence from occurring.
