Health Connect America strives to implement three internal values within our company: Growth, Wellness, and Belonging. On June 9th, we had our first HCA Day of Belonging to promote the notion that "You Belong with Us" for all our employees. Though Health Connect America is spread across seven states, we are still ONE! The HCA Day of Belonging is a day to recognize the importance of solidarity within our teams, departments, and company. We expressed our solidarity through wearing HCA swag or HCA colors for a specific day! Every single one of our employees matters, and we want to provide the support needed to make a difference internally as well as externally. Health Connect America's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Taskforce just concluded the company's first ESG Challenge to promote creative ways to be more eco-friendly within each of our offices. HCA is amazed at all of the inspiring recycling ideas that have been promoted within our offices, and hope that we can continue to grow in our efforts to have a positive, healthy workplace as we continue to implement and develop each the three ESG components!
Health Connect America has supported Backlight in SO many ways: by donating to the Production Fund, by sponsoring the entire Dance Team/equipping them with Dance Team Jackets, and now... by helping with SET BUILDING for "Beauty & the Beast!" For this volunteer project, Health Connect divided employees into four teams. Each team is in charge of building a cart for the village marketplace set (to be featured in Act 1 Scene 1 of the play). These teams are working together to BOTH design and build their carts!
