As the first commercial project in Bridgeland Central, the 49,000-square-foot Class A space reflects our commitment to creating innovative spaces that seamlessly blend sustainability, wellness, and functionality in Bridgeland—our nationally ranked master planned community. Designed by Lake|Flato Architects and Kirksey Architecture, One Bridgeland Green connects tenants to nature with floor-to-ceiling windows, shaded breezeways, and low-emitting materials to promote healthy interior spaces. The project sets a new standard for sustainable, wellness-focused workplaces—cutting energy use by 25%, reducing water consumption by 80%, and preventing 2,750 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
