Today, alongside the Houston Texans and Harris County, we shared the first look at plans for a walkable sports and entertainment destination in Northwest Harris County that brings together nearly two million square feet of office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Anchored by the Texans’ future headquarters and training complex, the vision includes expanded youth programming and partnerships with local school districts and higher education institutions to support internships, career pathways, and sports-focused learning opportunities.

The next era starts here. We’re proud to partner with the Houston Texans and Harris County to bring an exciting new 83-acre sports and entertainment destination to Bridgeland. Anchored by the Texans’ future global headquarters and practice facility, the mixed-use development will also include planned retail, restaurants, hotel, commercial, entertainment, and medical space within Bridgeland Central, the community’s emerging urban core. Designed for long-term impact, the district is projected to generate approximately $34 billion in economic impact, create more than 17,000 jobs, expand county services and infrastructure, and anchor long-term growth in Northwest Harris County over time.
