We reached an exciting milestone in Teravalis as we celebrated its grand opening in the Phoenix West Valley. Governor Katie Hobbs joined regional business leaders, development partners, and Floreo’s first residents to mark the beginning of a community designed to support the region’s rapidly growing population and economy. Her remarks underscored our shared commitment to attainable homeownership and sustainable growth in Arizona: "This community will be a testament to the fact that water sustainability and growth are not trade-offs. They go hand in hand. Growth cannot happen without water sustainability, and that is why I’m so pleased to see the innovative water conservation measures that Howard Hughes is employing right here.” The weekend continued with thousands of visitors exploring model homes, engaging with sustainability exhibits, and meeting celebrated sports figures who joined the festivities. Together, these moments reflected the momentum behind Teravalis and the collaboration shaping the future of the West Valley.

We reimagined one of The Woodlands’ earliest landmarks with a forward-looking approach that preserved its history while advancing sustainable growth. The revitalization of Grogan’s Mill Village Center retained much of the original library and retail structures—reducing demolition, material waste, and construction traffic while modernizing over 31,000 square feet of retail space and creating the new 54,000-square-foot Kevin Brady Library and Community Center. This transformation reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that The Woodlands continues to grow responsibly while honoring the legacy that shaped it.
