Baylor College of Medicine is bringing concierge healthcare to The Woodlands. The renowned academic medical institution has leased 15,200 square feet at 1725 Hughes Landing for its second Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic, and its first outside the Texas Medical Center. Baylor’s expansion adds to the strong pace of leasing activity across our portfolio and strengthens The Woodlands as a destination for business and well-being.

Following a 10-month transformation, the revitalized 31,000-square-foot center blends its historic character with a renewed vision for placemaking, bringing new retail and dining options while continuing to support longtime community favorites. As rising high school seniors, Mansoor and Matthew explored sustainability, development planning, and tenant experience through hands-on projects. With mentorship from our team, they brought fresh insight, thoughtful questions, and a strong curiosity for how great communities are built.

From connecting with executive leadership to hands-on work and community engagement at Montgomery County Food Bank, this program gives them real-world experience and a deep dive into the culture that drives our impact—both inside our offices and in the communities we serve.

From feeding families to planting for the future, our teams continue to show that giving back is part of how we build stronger communities together. At Merriweather District, our team completed its third annual drive for Columbia Community Care, donating more than $2,000 in essential goods to support the nonprofit’s vital food distribution efforts. Across the Pacific at Ward Village, our team participated in “A Day on the Land,” helping plant 27 ʻulu trees at MA'O Organic Farms, a leader in sustainable agriculture and youth education on Oʻahu’s west side.
