The new Whole Foods Market at Downtown Summerlin brings everyday convenience and walkable access to residents, professionals, and visitors. With more than 100 local products from across Nevada, it deepens the connection between regional producers and the community. Just outside, a bold new sculpture by Southern Nevada artist Robert Spencer Davidson anchors the site with bold color and movement that reflects the energy of Downtown Summerlin.

This eight-story, Class A office building unlocks over 200,000 SF of premier workspace in the heart of the highly sought-after Waterway District. Strategically located and walkable to high-end retail, hospitality, and residential offerings, 7 Waterway enhances our ability to meet growing demand for office environments that support talent attraction and long-term business growth.

Pershing Square Capital Management, one of the world’s preeminent investment firms, has invested $900 million in Howard Hughes Holdings (HHH). This investment will enable HHH to become a diversified holding company by acquiring controlling stakes in high-quality, durable growth, public and private operating companies while continuing to invest and grow the Company’s core real estate development and Master Planned Communities business. This transaction is the result of a rigorous negotiation process overseen by the Special Committee of the Howard Hughes Board of Directors. It not only reflects the significant value that HHH has created in recent years but also positions the Company to transform its business strategy, with enhanced value creation opportunities and upside potential.
