Last week, our LEAD (LII’s Employees of African Descent) group hosted a virtual panel event as part of our Black History Month series for employees. Thank you to Emmett R. Anderson, Retired VP of Hawkins Group and Charles O'Neal, President of TAAACC for sharing their experiences, some of the challenges they have encountered along their journeys, and how they overcame those barriers working in Corporate America. Johnson & Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning honored 101-year-old Mildred Price with the gift of perfect air and a day of household handiwork during Feel The Love Installation Weekend. Price, who still lives an active life and lives independently, was a previous customer, and the Johnson & Johnson team remembered she needed a hand getting things done around her home and that her HVAC system was in poor condition. At the end of the day, she was not only treated to a new heating and cooling system, but the team also tackled yard work, replaced her garbage disposal and dryer vent and fixed her toilet. Read more about Mrs. Price and her Installation Day experience here. #lennoxfeelthelove
