Thank you to our Mid-Atlantic federal client project team for leading this complex HVAC renovation project with your hearts & minds dedicated to safety. Our team was tasked with replacing the existing exhaust system in a mission-critical lab space with limited shutdown availability and a fast-paced schedule. Because of your leadership, the entire project team was able to get home safely while still working diligently to meet the project schedule.

Chad's favorite part of being involved with ACE is working with the students and the community of people that are involved with ACE. From mentees to mentors and all of the support teams, the people are what make it such a great program. Everyone is working together with one goal to help support and build our next generation of construction leaders. Click here to get involved and find an ACE Program near you: https://lnkd.in/e5QCZKRB
Next up on our #ACEDay2022 Spotlight is ACE Intern Ella Boyce. Ella is a part of the ACE Mentor Program of Baltimore and joined ACE because she knew she was interested in the built environment, specifically architecture, and wanted to start her involvement early on to grow her skillset and experience. Her advice for people considering joining ACE is to do it! "ACE has been one of the most fun clubs I've been a part of. It is also a great chance to learn things that aren't typically taught and that can be applied to the real world. Although most things in ACE are optional, go to every meeting, apply for the scholarships, sign up for the events, and take the chances offered to you. Not only will this get you far educationally, but it is a great personal experience. ACE builds great team bonding and personal motivation." Today marks the third annual ACE Day of Action! #ACEDay2022 focuses on bringing awareness to the ACE program, recruiting more volunteers, registering students, and sharing all the things we love about ACE! As we celebrate today, follow along as we share our own ACE Program Stories. First up is Robert Rhodes Jr., who is going on his second year as a mentor with the ACE Mentor Program of Central Ohio. Robert chose to get involved with ACE because he, too, had people that opened his eyes and exposed him to the industry and knows what an impact it has made on his life. Now, he wants to take that same mindset and pay it forward, motivating younger students to pursue a career that has provided him with so many opportunities and relationships.
