Today Mars & Co’s NYC area office welcomes 8 new full-time Associate Consultants who are joining us after graduating from 7 great schools this spring. Can you guess which one of these schools graduated two of them? • Columbia University • Middlebury College • Northeastern University • Rutgers University • UCLA • Univ. of Pennsylvania • Univ. of Toronto. We are excited to have these awesome women and men working with us on our client engagements and being part of our global team. Although they are joining us as we are working remote for now, we are looking forward to having them with us at our offices and at our clients just as soon as it is appropriate to do so. Later this summer we have additional full-time consultants joining us from other colleges and universities: Undergraduates and non-MBA Masters degree holders as Associate Consultants, PhDs as Sr. Associate Consultants and MBAs at the Consultant level. We are planning to ramp up our class of 2021 recruiting by the beginning of Fall semester with events and job postings at colleges and universities.

They are both already working on client engagements with teams from our Greenwich , CT office.
Today our first two summer 2020 consulting interns started: Alyssa from Yale SOM’s MBA program and Stanislas from Columbia’s M.S. in Management Science & Engineering program.
