This OSHA Safe + Sound Week, we celebrate all those who keep our facilities safe. At Marvin, workplace health and safety are top of mind in everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to have eight locations with VPP Star Status, the highest level of recognition in OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), putting Marvin among just 0.1% of companies across to have earned this credential. We’re grateful to those who have dedicated their careers to safety at Marvin, and for the opportunity to come together to keep each other safe.
This National Intern Day, we'd like to celebrate the talent, hard work, and dedication of our 2025 summer intern class. At Marvin, we believe in the power of local roots and culture. We're not just building windows and doors – we're building relationships, careers, and a brighter future for the Kansas City, Kansas community. Mark your calendars for our grand opening on October 2nd — we're set to celebrate on the eve of National Manufacturing Day. And if you're looking for your next opportunity — from entry-level positions to roles requiring decades of experience — we're opening doors to a variety of career paths in KCK. We'd love for you to join us as we write the next chapter of Marvin's story.

CEO Paul Marvin recently sat down with Forbes' Dr. Ethan Karp to discuss family business longevity from the particularly unique perspective of a fifth-generation manufacturer. “As the family tree became bigger ... you’ve got people that aren’t growing up at the same kitchen table,” Paul says. “We needed a forum to have those conversations and curate the culture of the family, what our goals and aspirations are.” Click the link to see more on our culture and values over at Forbes.
