As the Regional President and SVP of Global Operations for Kohler Co., Norb brings extensive leadership experience and operational insights to the Marvin board, along with industry experience and familiarity with high-design building products. October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month and Senior Human Resources Manager Michelle Grimm, accepted this partnership recognition on behalf of Marvin from MN DEED, Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Michelle notes that there are numerous benefits to welcoming employees with different abilities, including above average productivity and attendance. It's also the right thing to do. Thanks to the work of Michelle and many others MN DEED noted, "Marvin has creatively matched their employment opportunities to the unique and varied abilities of people with disabilities in our community. Marvin is meeting their stated purpose by ‘imagining and creating better ways of living’ for all staff, which includes workers with disabilities."
