Simon Gratz culinary teacher, Kenneth McDuffie, and a few of our CTE 2 Culinary students were featured in a Black History Month special on Fox 29. After learning about the legacy of enslaved chef, James Hemings and his contributions to the culinary industry, Mr. Duffie and his students prepared some amazing dishes that Hemings brought to us from France. Meet Anthony Estes, Assistant Principal of Instruction at Mastery's Cramer Hill Elementary School. Dana Martin, Assistant Principal of Postsecondary Strategy at Mastery's Lenfest Campus, began her career at Mastery as a freshman at Temple University.
