The CFA Society of Chicago has partnered with the Economic Awareness Council (EAC) to promote financial literacy among high school students within the city. In support of the effort, several Milliman employees, who are CFA Society of Chicago members, recently met with a group of teenage students visiting our Chicago office to teach them about Milliman and careers in finance. A colleague in London also joined the students via telepresence. The students are part of the teen-focused magazine On the Money, a program run by the EAC. On the Money’s mission is to increase entrepreneurship education and the financial capability of teens through the development of peer based educational resources and community outreach.
