He rejects the mindset of “I’m too old for that” and believes that wellness knows no age limits. Whether he’s leading a fitness class, promoting better nutrition, or inspiring residents to step out of their comfort zones, David is all about helping everyone feel their best. His favorite part of the job? Creating a vibrant community where residents can build strength, confidence, and friendships. Residents often notice surprising improvements, from better balance to increased flexibility—small victories that make a big difference in daily life. We’re lucky to have David leading the charge toward wellness, one workout at a time. #EmployeeSpotlight
