Who can resist a holiday where you’re expected to eat yummy fried donuts? Let there be light – and donuts, lots of donuts🍩🤩! Hanukkah, the Jewish “festival of lights” is celebrated with 8 nights of candle lighting, singing songs, and eating fried foods, like donuts (sufganiyot)! NICErs were treated to an assortment of creatively designed and flavored sufganiyot from boutique bakeries based in the south of Israel, as part of NICE Israel’s continued efforts to support communities affected by the war. The Hanukkah celebrations continued as NICErs were invited to bring their families along for a private screening of the movie, “Trolls Band Together”. Hundreds of children from the south were delighted to join the festive day of fun activities and sugar highs.
After an exemplary year of outsmarting financial crime, our Mountain View NICErs enjoyed a pub night filled with loads of laughs, dinner, and dancing! Our Mountain View, California site is home to members of the Actimize Premier unit, comprised of Sales, Professional Services, R&D, and Business Analysis teams. Additionally, our Atlanta NICErs – who you can usually find leveraging powerful AI and machine learning technologies to deliver Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) – took time out to celebrate the festive season together and apply their A game to some Top Golf. ‘Tis the season to be jolly, and our APAC NICErs are bringing the festive vibe! NICErs in Singapore showed off their creative and competitive sides for their end-of-year celebrations! Usually representing Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and HR, our NICErs transformed into superheroes, pirates, Top Gun pilots and Flintstones, for a chance at the title of Best Dressed! By day our NICErs in Japan, can be found raising the bar across NICE’s CE International, CX, Actimize and Corporate Services divisions. But give them the (dance)floor, and they know how to have a great time together. NICErs toasted to a successful 2023 with a live band, and a great night of bonding!
NICErs in Richardson, TX, brought in the festive season with some Gatsby glamor at a Roaring Twenties party! Teams from Workforce Management (WFM) R&D and Product Management, CX Support and Services, and Customer Experience Analytics (Nexidia), to name just a few, came together glammed up in sequins and pearls to toast to their accomplishments and enjoy a stylish sendoff to 2023!

We kicked off NICE’s global festive season celebrations in Utah, with our Sandy and Park City NICErs coming together, dressed to impress in cocktail attire – and ready to ROCK! Keeping the health and fitness momentum going after Global Health Month and the success of their NICE Striders run, NICErs in India hosted two back-to back, action-packed sporting events! The WEM Sports Day offered NICErs a fun-filled day in the sun where they could show off their sporting skills and team spirit in an array of activities. Warmed up and energetic, the next day over 500 NICErs headed to the cricket fields for the 7th NICE Box Cricket league – where 48 mixed teams enthusiastically showed the crowds why cricket is the most popular sport in India! The two-day event brought out some fierce competition, but in the end, it was the Boundary Bashers team that took home the win. NICErs are always raising the bar and love any opportunity to show both their competitiveness and camaraderie!
Following exciting events in Sandy, UT, and the Philippines, NICE India was the final location to host NICE Wings 2023 this month – and the GTC in Pune put on a showstopper to close out the series in style! Thousands of NICErs attended numerous talks and panels, explored tech and learning booths, and enjoyed networking! NICErs received an exclusive opportunity to hear career insights from NICE regional and global leaders and had a fireside chat with our AI and tech trailblazers who encouraged them to embrace new technologies to accelerate performance.
