Our Philippines NICErs love being a team – both in and out of office hours – and have now taken their camaraderie to the basketball court! Starting with a dozen basketball loving NICErs enjoying shooting hoops together, the NICE Hoopers have grown to the point of hosting their own 4 team tournament! Some 300 NICErs in Pune took to the field for some epic 6-a-side football fun ⚽🏆 Not even the monsoon rain could discourage these footballers, or their spectators, who shared in a day of NICE spirit and entertaining activities. 36 teams competed for glory but eventually it was the “Underdogs”, with a mix of players from across the business, who won gold!

Gearing up to welcome new groups of teenagers, dozens of our dedicated mentors came together to hear about our 2023-2024 plans for Code:Coda – a program that builds a future of equal opportunity in tech fields, by encouraging young girls (aged 13-14 years old) to pursue tech studies and embrace the career possibilities available to them through coding and technology. It is incredible to see the impact these mentors have on our Code:Coda girls, inspiring them to fall in love with technology and consider future careers in tech!

The program provides women, who aspire to future leadership roles at NICE, with essential tools and insights to aim higher and make a lasting impact! The first session focused on how understanding personality types contributes to effective leadership. All those who attended – both in person and virtually – eagerly await the next session!

Sand, sun, surf, and giving back to the community🌞! Imagine a teenager who went from being kicked out of multiple schools to studying Mathematics at a prestigious university. Such inspirational transformations have been achieved thanks to the guidance and framework provided by Hagal Sheli – Catching the Wave of Life, an NGO that works with at-risk youth and utilizes surfing as an empowering educational tool. The organization shows youth how lessons learned among the waves can be applied to life to pave a new direction for them. Thrilled to support such a meaningful initiative, NICErs and their teens enjoyed surf lessons and had a blast trying to stay standing!
Our next-gen NICErs took over our Hoboken headquarters for a day! Children of NICErs received the red-carpet treatment with a fun-filled day of sweets and swag, a scavenger hunt, slime station and – in true NICE style – STEM activities to help prepare them for future tech careers 😜
