Noble Schools: Career Fair 2024 RSVP
A high school’s campus culture and climate are vital to the overall educational experience of students. At Noble Schools, we’ve identified the key principles that shape a strong and positive campus culture, and we call them the three C’s: clear, consistent, and connected. We’re doing a three-part series to share what these three C’s mean to staff at Noble and how we’re implementing them across our campuses. First off, we’re starting with “connected".

The Culture Team at Noble Street College Prep is a team of superheroes that ensures students not only flow effortlessly through the halls and arrive to classes on time but also helps students reflect on how their emotions and internal dialogue connect to their actions. “Our students are young adults navigating many aspects of their lives. If, as adults, we struggle with getting everything done, I know it cannot be easy for them. That is why we need to be the guide – the example,” Maricruz Montero, Dean of Culture Learn more about how the culture team at Noble Street College Prep are working to ensure our students feel safe and loved!

What does antiracist leadership look like in schools? From school programming to what the hallways of the school look like, Principal JuDonne Hemingway and Assistant Principal Ashley Norris of Gary Comer Middle School (GCMS) talk about the steps they have taken to create a more welcoming, inclusive, and antiracist environment for their students. They also discuss what it looks like for White school leaders and educators to show up and lead antiracist work. They’re joined by Trinity, Malea, and Dawson, students at GCMS, who weigh in on how Hemingway and Norris’ leadership has impacted their school experiences and offer their thoughts on how educators can do better for Black kids. #BeNoble #NobleSchools #AntiracistEducation #AntiracistLeadership #ChicagoEducation #Education
