“I can remember the days when we carried our own lawn chairs and coolers of snacks and drinks to the break area outside, and the day we no longer had to wear hard hats due to construction,” recalled Toni Dye, Plant Quality Control Supervisor. “After working at NAL for 20 years, I can say we have some of the best pay in this area with outstanding benefits. Our Illinois Equipment Plant’s Activity Committee hosted an after-work cornhole tournament for Team Members earlier this week. Everyone enjoyed grilling out and a little friendly competition in the sunshine. Congrats to the winning team who took home a new set of cornhole boards! Help us settle the debate. Thank you to Dr. William Elliott, PHD, CCHP and Horizon Health for facilitating a virtual seminar with our Team Members last week in recognition of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. Dr. Elliott is a licensed clinical psychologist at Horizon Health with 45 years of behavioral health experience, primarily in the criminal justice system. His seminar was well attended by NAL Team Members interested in learning more about mental health and treatment options. Dr. Elliott and his behavioral health team will soon be moving into their new area! They will be located in the new Paris Clinic addition on the second floor. Congrats on your new space!
