Turning spare change into community change. 💰 When members use the Coinstar machine at OneAZ Credit Union, half of the service fee goes directly to the OneAZ Community Foundation. So far in 2025, that has meant more than $𝟮𝟯,𝟬𝟬𝟬 reinvested into Arizona communities. 🌄 Those dollars go right back into supporting local nonprofits by funding programs that provide food, shelter, education, and financial empowerment for Arizonans in need. 🤝 Every coin counted helps us invest in local nonprofits that create lasting change. Moving Forward Together: PI Planning at OneAZ 📈 Today, we kicked off our quarterly PI Planning, bringing teams together to align, commit, and move boldly toward our goals. We reviewed logistics, the state of the business, our CEO’s vision, and team commitments for the quarter. 😎 Our CEO welcomed everyone with a powerful reminder: “When we embed purpose into our planning, we will be improving lives.” 💬 -Mike Boden Every decision we make, every commitment we set, and every priority we tackle is about delivering a better experience for our members. Every month, OneAZ associates across Arizona come together for OneAZ Live; an hour where our teams align on priorities, celebrate milestones, and focus on the future. 📈 At the most recent OneAZ Live, our leaders shared updates on priorities, milestones, and the path ahead. Over the past year, OneAZ has been embracing a new way of working called 𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗟𝗘; a modern, team-focused approach that helps us work more efficiently, adapt quickly, and deliver better results for our members As part of that journey, a new role has emerged at OneAZ: the 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. Our team is fortunate to have: Lori, Caroline, Cynthia, Travis, and Marcos. Scrum Masters aren’t project managers; they are a team of coaches who help remove roadblocks, keep everyone aligned, and make sure we’re always improving how we work.
