It was a moment of remembrance, unity, and respect for the lives lost and the resilience of our nation. π Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) In the Southern Region, associates helped prepare classroom supplies for SARRC, supporting children and families impacted by autism. When Arizona credit unions come together, big things happen. π₯ This year, 18 credit unions across Arizona united to make a powerful impact in our communities. 200 volunteers dedicated 500 hours to local nonprofits through hands-on projects that made a lasting difference. π β’ Packed 18,000+ meals with Feed My Starving Children β’ Prepared 4,582 emergency food boxes with multiple food banks β’ Created 690 hygiene kits for students with Delivering Dreams of Arizona β’ Crafted 75 Halloween decorations with Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona β’ Assembled 18 birthday bags for children in foster care with The Foster Alliance β’ Repainted playground maps, planted gardens, and built reading kits for 17 families at Aguilar Elementary School β’ Sorted clothing donations with Amphi Foundation to benefit 400 students in Tucson With the support of Visa $10,000 in donations were provided to five local nonprofits to further their missions and strengthen Arizona communities. π Together, weβre proving that credit unions are stronger and more impactful when we work as one. π€
