Chioma Ikonte, Pharmavite’s Director of Nutrition Science, presented research at the American Society for Nutrition’s annual meeting that suggests there may be a link between poor sleep and not consuming recommended amounts of important vitamins and minerals. The research is based on data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), a nationally representative sample of U.S. adults.

Helping to spark young minds, members of our Science team participated at two Los Angeles-area elementary school science fairs, teaching kids about nutrition, chemistry and how soap works, as well as how to make candy tablets and homemade lava lamps!
There’s no better way to kick off the second year of our partnership with Feed the Children than with an event that helps families in needs and offers some fun for the little ones. We partnered with the Alabama Council of Human Relations to distribute food, essentials and a two-year supply of children’s multivitamins to 800 families in need. The event also included a Kids Zone with gym activities, a Mother’s Day card decorating station, and more.
