Meet Diocelina Arellano, a member of the Quality Carriers Marketing team! In her role, Diocelina helps create social media marketing materials and maintains QC’s brand through digital marketing. Justin Lyles, the Marketing Manager at QC, shared “Diocelina is a wonderful asset to the Marketing Team with a fantastic work ethic and desire to learn.” Diocelina’s favorite memory at QC is traveling out to the field to gather footage for marketing materials where she can get to know our Professional Drivers, terminal teammates and mechanics. Meet Melissa Brown, National Recruiter for Quality Carriers. In 2015, Melissa started her career in the trucking industry working with fleets and dispatch before transitioning to the recruiting side of trucking. Melissa’s favorite QC memory took place when she first started with QC in December 2018. It was the same week that the entire team was brought in for the annual team meeting and office holiday celebration. Melissa shared, “The warm welcome was the best way to begin with a company and is why I feel so at home with this team.” Melissa had the chance to meet the whole team and other colleagues from various departments whom she interacts with multiple times a week. Meet Heather Muthler, Customer Service Representative at Terminal 160. Heather started her career in trucking with Quality Carriers after working for the supply chain industry. Heather shared she enjoys “working together as a team to keep our Drivers rolling and being able to readily assist team members at the terminal or other teammates in the field.” Heather’s favorite memory working at QC is traveling to Tampa for training, where she was able to meet everyone on her team and witnessed how all the departments work together as one. Meet Valerie Sawyer, HR Manager, Total Rewards at Quality Carriers. Valerie is our go-to for benefits matters and is committed to listening and understanding the needs of our team members. Meet Kelly Pickavance, Payroll Director at Quality Carriers. Kelly has over 25 years of payroll experience and enjoys being a mentor to the QC payroll team. Meet Shikha Saini, Safety and Compliance Operations Coordinator at T816. Shikha was fascinated by the trucking industry when she first moved to Canada in 2012 and started her career as a safety officer in a consultancy where she learned from different experiences on topics like safety, compliance roles, and HOS. Shikha shared, "I had opportunities to be a part of safety DOT/MTO audits, which taught me how important my role is as a safety professional. I like learning new things every day and conveying to everyone that safety is an attitude we all should have." Over the past five years, Shikha has created many memorable memories at QC. What stands out to Shikha is the feeling when a Professional Driver comes to her with a smile and appreciates the work her team does. Shikha, thank you for all you do for our Professional Drivers!

Meet Melissa Tracy, the Executive Assistant at Quality Carriers. Melissa was inspired to work in the trucking industry by her uncle who was an Owner Operator and started her career as a billing clerk for a fuel transportation company, eventually becoming a Terminal Manager. Melissa came to QC with 20 years of trucking industry experience! Melissa’s favorite memory at QC is "volunteering for Operation Gratitude at the Tampa office and in Jacksonville. It's worth volunteering time out of my day knowing it may help put a smile on the faces of the men and women serving our country while sacrificing everything they do to protect us.” Melissa, thank you for all you do at QC!

Meet Aura Kerr, Vice President of Driver Services and Marketing. Aura was inspired to work in trucking by her mother, who was a truck driver for many years and loved the freedom of being a professional driver. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Aura joined the trucking industry and now leads the Driver Services and Marketing team at Quality Carriers. This team focuses on providing the best driver experience to each QC Professional Driver, often going above and beyond to ensure drivers’ needs are being met on the road and at home. Meet Julie Whitted, Driver Processing Manager at QC who comes from a family of Professional Drivers. Julie thrives in the challenge of meeting deadlines and helping her team deliver results. She also enjoys the work culture of participating in contests during the holidays.
