Meet Era Walters, Payroll Manager at Quality Carriers. Era has been with QC for just over 3 years and has processed corporate payroll for over 20 years in several different industries, with trucking being her favorite!

Meet Arlynne Littlebrant. In 2011, Arlynne started her career in the trucking industry when her husband started his own trucking company. He needed someone to run the business and secure customers while he was driving his truck. In 2019 Arlynne started to work with an affiliate and transferred to a company terminal a year later. Currently, she is a Regional Terminal Manager. "The constant moving pieces and changes in the industry keep me on my toes and constantly challenged in finding solutions," Arlynne shared. One of her most memorable moments is when one of the 121 terminal Professional Drivers, Michael White was nominated for the NTTC Driver of the Year. The terminal staff all got to share in the pride, excitement, and nervousness while Michael went through the process. It also gave her the opportunity to get to know his family. It was an unforgettable experience. Arlynne, thank you for all you do for the terminals and our Professional Drivers.

Meet Zaena Parker. Zaena began her career in the trucking industry over 20 years ago, seven of which have been with Quality Carriers. After three years in the billing department, she transitioned to the accounts receivable department. Currently, Zaena is a Senior Account Receivable Analyst. "I enjoy working with the different customers in my portfolio to build meaningful partnerships," Zaena shared. With her prior experience in the billing department, she is able to assist her team with billing questions to help with the collections process. One of her favorite moments with QC is when the tree is put up in the lobby in December.

As a Driver Manager, Ronda enjoys working with her professional drivers to find the best solution to a problem together and assisting with any issues they have throughout the work week. "Being at 197 for almost 25 years, I've seen co-workers come and go. I've seen drivers retire. Sometimes it feels like I've seen it all. I look forward to learning these new things and continuing to move forward", Ronda shared. One of her most memorable moments is getting out of the office on a sunny day and taking the golf cart around the terminal yard to check equipment, looking for chassis and license numbers. Thank you, Ronda for your commitment to QC, terminal and our Professional Drivers throughout the years.

Meet Krystale Hinson. In 2007 she started her trucking career with Quality Carriers as a driver processor and transitioned to the Driver Retention department in 2015. Krystale has been with the company for over 14 years. Recently, she was promoted to Driver Retention & Engagement Manager. One of her main responsibilities is to work closely with the terminals to build retention and engagement programs. Whether it is answering a question, resolving an issue, or a listening ear, the Driver Retention team is ready to assist our professional drivers. "I really enjoy working with and getting to talk to our drivers everyday. They are the backbone of our company.", Krystale shared. "Trucking is critically important to our society and far more complex than those outside the industry might realize", Elena shared. In 2021, after the acquisition, she joined QC as Assistant General Counsel. On a daily basis, she works on various matters while representing the interests of the company. Her favorite memory so far working for QC has been traveling to terminal locations and meeting members of the QC team across the country. Elena is a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions (CCI) for Independence, a non-profit organization that provides service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities.
