Meet Marsha Brown, Driver Advocate at QC. She has been with QC for 13 years. Marsha started her career at QC as a Canadian biller in 2008 and in 2013 joined the retention program. Marsha loves being a Driver Advocate. The program's vision is to help each driver have a great experience and she does her best to make that happen. The goal is for every driver to know Marsha and the team are here to assist them. She strongly believes supporting our drivers and terminals from the start is just a small segment of the building blocks needed to obtain a good working relationship. It's often what makes us different from the rest in the industry. Marsha shared she can hear the gratitude in the driver's voices or see it in their emails and she feels good knowing she was able to make their jobs on the road a little easier for the day. One of Marsha's most memorable moments at QC has been the birthday surprise she and her team put together for her former supervisor. It included saran wrap, confetti, and balloons everywhere! Marsha, thank you for supporting our drivers to be successful.
