At Rent-A-Center is important we work each day to recognize our coworkers for who they are – their strengths, their differences and their values. By taking the time to understand the diversity at Rent-A-Center, we can serve as not only stronger advocates and allies to those of different backgrounds, but cultivate a stronger sense of inclusion. Each June, we recognize Pride Month – a time to remember the struggles and challenges endured by those who identify as LGBTQ+ and recognize the progress and victories achieved through the years. As we continue to move forward on our journey to learn more about our coworkers and customers, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion for our coworkers from all walks of life and accepting everyone for who they are. We Are All in This Together and we are a better company because of our diverse coworkers.
