In February, the American Heart Association - Alabama joined forces with the YMCA of Greater Birmingham to provide hands-only CPR training to the Birmingham community. With the support of Robins & Morton and the leadership of our Vice President Mark Mattox, the YMCA has trained nearly 2,000 people this year! The service is free and open to all community members. We're humbled to be able to assist our community with life-saving training, and we look forward to seeing participation continue to grow! #GivingWithPurpose

Our Miami and Nashville offices joined together to provide gifts for 14 families, including 33 children, as part of A Soldier's Child Foundation's S.O.S. (Season of Sacrifice) Christmas program. The foundation serves the children of military personnel who have lost their lives in active duty. Thank you to our team members who purchased, wrapped, and delivered presents to make this a special holiday season for these children! #GivingWithPurpose

Our Dallas office was grateful to support a ULI Dallas-Fort Worth event highlighting the ecosystem of behavioral health services and facilities in North Texas. Professionals from a variety of private and public services shared insights on trends, recent developments, and lessons learned in the field. As our Charlotte team gathered for their annual Christmas party, they were excited to spread some joy and love this holiday season. They partnered with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, and team members donated new, unwrapped toys for children in need. Nearly 50 team members gathered in Tampa at our AdventHealth Riverview Hospital project for our Fall 2023 Field Engineer and Project Engineer Summit. Over two days, attendees had the opportunity to listen to and learn from project team members in various stages of their careers, gaining insights into their professional development within Robins & Morton. Several trade contractors also provided their perspectives on working with Robins & Morton. Attendees were able to make meaningful connections with their peers who are currently working on Robins & Morton projects across the country, and they capped it all off with a team-building event at Topgolf. We're looking forward to our next event in the spring!

Our Westover Hills Baptist Hospital team members enjoyed participating in the 30th Annual San Antonio Heart & Stroke Walk and 5K Run. In total, the event raised $545,000. Thank you to our team for their support of the American Heart Association in its effort to save lives with more research, more people trained in CPR, more medical breakthroughs, and more champions for equitable health. #GivingWithPurpose

Congratulations to our San Antonio team for winning ABC - South Texas Chapter's Excellence in Construction first-place Eagle Award for our Methodist Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation Renovation project! 🏆 The project included renovation of the hospital's entire third-floor space, adding eight new patient rooms and staging areas such as a mock kitchen and laundry area for inpatient rehabilitation services. Our team members had a wonderful evening celebrating their success, and we're thankful to Methodist Healthcare System for the opportunity to complete this project.

Our Charlotte office enjoyed a beautiful day participating in the AIA Charlotte Fall Golf Tournament. The event provided us an opportunity to connect with many of our design colleagues and partners.
