This summer, we received an extraordinary request. A letter, dusted with snowflakes and bursting with good cheer, queried Robins & Morton for a special and urgent healthcare project. To keep his elves in tip-top shape, Santa outlined his vision for a new clinic at the North Pole. The catch? It had to be complete by Christmas. Take a look! #rmelfclinic

Christmas, we’re coming [fir] ya. 🎄 This week, we celebrated the sixth annual Christmas Tree Lighting at our home office in Birmingham. This year’s tree is a 25-year-old Fraser fir from Sugar Mountain Nursery in Newland, North Carolina. It stands 28 feet tall and weighs 1,100 pounds. It features more than 18,000 LED lights and a WiFi- and Bluetooth-enabled star designed and 3D printed by our Innovation Lab. 🤩 We’ve officially kicked off the holiday season, and we’re looking forward to sharing more with you all. An exciting announcement is coming December 1. 👀 Don’t miss it! #rmelfclinic

Our team members created meaningful industry connections and led impactful discussions at this year's #LCICongress23 in Detroit, Michigan. Building Forward® Lean Practice Leader Jennifer Lacy, Innovation Lab Manager Steve Moore, and Senior Superintendent Josh Young led a session on how to bring to life field-driven ideas and developing a space to do so. We also enjoyed connecting with industry peers at our happy hour event, and we can't wait to see what's next for our teams in 2024! #leanthinking #leanfordesign #leanconstruction

Our Nashville team, with the help of our trade contractor partners Charter Construction, SRM Concrete, and Sentry Steel Service Co., Inc., donated their expertise, labor, equipment, and materials over the course of several weeks to install a permanent observation tower for Ravenwood High School's Marching Band. The practice field tower, nicknamed the Raptor Nest, replaces a scissor lift the band had been renting since the school opened in 2002. It will create a safer platform for band directors and staff members to provide direction for music, drill, visual movement, and choreography. We hope the Raptor Band will enjoy this addition for many years to come! #GivingWithPurpose

We were proud to support Novant Health's Swing Fore A Cure 2023 event at the prestigious Quail Hollow Club, which raised more than $540,000. This significant contribution will play a pivotal role in the realization of Novant Health's Community Care Cruiser, a mobile healthcare vehicle dedicated to providing essential health services to underserved communities in the Greater Charlotte region. The service offers a wide range of services, including health screenings, vaccinations, nutritional education, physical exams, counseling, and connecting patients and families to vital social services and community resources. Our team had a wonderful time participating in the event, and we look forward to seeing its positive impact! #GivingWithPurpose
