Supportive fathers have played a huge role at Roush. It's part of our history. In the early days of the company Jack Roush called his dad Charlie, who was spending the winter in Florida. Jack was frustrated, considering passing on a significant opportunity with a large automotive OEM because he did not have the bandwidth to bring a new facility on board. Charlie’s response? "Well, the fish aren't biting anyway. Your mother and I will load up the camper and be up there in a few days to help you out." Assisted by current Roush Prototype President Steve Sciatto working after hours with his father Frank, a retired electrician, they brought Roush B3 to life, nailed the project, and we grew from there!
