Working in early discovery of innovative biologics and engineering new formats for drug molecules – that’s something to be proud of. Just ask Jody Brewster, Senior Research Scientist, and one of Teva’s purpose-driven innovators. At Teva, we each have our own points of pride, but we all share one purpose: We are all in for better health. Watch Jody’s story and discover more moments of pride: https://ow.ly/HsYf50XB6UZ
You’ve heard of Augmented Reality (AR) in gaming, but in medicine manufacturing? AR is changing how high-quality medicines are made – enhancing accuracy and safety and accelerating production. By bringing AR into manufacturing, teams can now see digital, hands-free instructions that guide them through each step of complex procedures. “AR enables the digitalization of shop-floor operations, driving the implementation of standardized, robust, and streamlined processes. It can be a real game-changer in the way our manufacturing sites operate in the future,” says Re'em Sachs, Director, Project & Asset Management in Teva's Global Engineering. This year, Teva’s Wellbeing Month was all about health prevention, encouraging all of us to take action early and stay proactive about our health. In many sites around the world, Teva employees have access to screenings and activities focused on prevention and wellness throughout the year. Whether it’s taking a CPR class, getting a quick skin exam, or simply staying active, it’s actions like these that remind us how powerful prevention can be when it becomes part of our everyday routine.

“Goodbye?” We think you mean, “See you later!” 👋 For many of us, hanging up our (metaphoric) boots at our workplaces for the last time is the end of the story. But when Teresa Domagala, Scientific Operations Team lead, and Virginie Peirs, Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs, decided to leave Teva to pursue other opportunities, little did they know that a later chapter would eventually begin. From reasons including work colleagues to opportunities for development and simply a feeling of home, both found themselves back at Teva, just this time in different leadership roles. When you start a new role, what’s your main focus? Placid Jover, our Chief Human Resources Officer, shares his insights from his first few months since joining Teva. From initial impressions and moments of magic to challenges and plans for the future, he reflects here:
What if we told you that inclusive teams can boost performance by as much as 30%? This transformative effect is rooted in neuroscience 🧠: When we step out of our comfort zone, and our brains are exposed to – and challenged by – diverse perspectives, we often experience that “aha!” moment that sparks creative thinking. We sat down with Dr. Eran Harary, MD, a psychiatrist and SVP, Global Early Clinical Development at Teva, and Irit Hovich- our Global Inclusion and Diversity Lead, to explore how diverse minds fuel creativity and innovation.
"Now I'm the owner of my life" Finding the right treatment for Monika means she can spend the holidays with her family and explore the world again. As she told Katarzyna Łozak from our Patient Safety team, being able to travel more frequently makes her feel "happy and free". "It was a discovery," says Katarzyna, "that so many aspects of life we take for granted can be so meaningful for our patients." Because we are all in for better health, we are proud of the opportunity to create these huge, little moments for millions of patients around the world, each and every day.
“The third quarter of 2024 marks our seventh consecutive quarter of growth, with global revenues reaching $4.3 billion, an increase of 15% in local currency terms compared to the third quarter of 2023.
