Throwback to our first Global Wellbeing Month 🏃🏽♀️🚴🏼♂️💃🏽 From China to Chile, Teva employees in over 50 countries participated in a whole host of activities. And throughout the month, our people shared their inspirational wellbeing stories, wowed us with their physical achievements in Mobility Week, and came together as One Teva. Watch the video to see some of the fun we had. Of course, wellbeing at Teva is about far more than one month. Our people’s wellbeing is our priority and central to our care culture. This culture is reflected in the many wellbeing initiatives and benefits we offer, as well as in the way we treat one another. #Wellbeing #wellbeingmonth #WellbeingatTeva #FeelGoodDoGood
Whether it’s picking up groceries, preparing meals, changing bedlinen, offering a shoulder to cry on, making notes at the doctor’s office, sorting out paperwork, picking up medicine, being a listening ear or sharing a laugh, family caregivers make the world go round. This month, we pay tribute to the millions upon millions of people across the world who take care of loved ones who can’t take care of themselves. If work is love made visible, then there is no greater love than caring. Read their stories here > https://bit.ly/3UZFe43
Watch: Arthur from Israel has Huntington's disease, which affects every aspect of his life, including the simple things, like drinking coffee. When he shared his condition and the importance of high-quality and on-time medicines, it had quite an impact on Ufuk Aras, who is an operator at Teva’s manufacturing site in Ulm, Germany. Every day, we make medicines to improve millions of lives around the world and hearing directly from our patients is something special. It's Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Awareness Month. I&D is at the heart of our business. We know that when our people are heard, respected, and empowered, they can realize their full potential and apply their skills and talents to make an impact. This year has been an exciting one- we've celebrated our differences with our employees and their significant others, enriched our knowledge of I&D through learning opportunities and provided additional mentoring and coaching programs for underrepresented communities. There's still a way to go, and we're committed to continuing our journey to create an even more welcoming and inclusive environment, inspiring others to do the same. It's Teva Wellbeing Month! This September, we're highlighting the importance of wellbeing and celebrating it through local and global activities and initiatives. We appreciate that good wellbeing is based on a holistic approach. Therefore, to be at our best, we must nurture our physical, mental, financial, and social needs, and it is these four interconnecting pillars that form the framework for all Teva wellbeing activities. We'll share more activities throughout the month, so keep an eye out. #WellbeingatTeva
