In January, The Wenger Group held its first-ever Coaching Clinic, led by Laura Schanz of Laura Schanz Consulting Associates. This 12-hour course saw the participation of 18 former graduates from “Managing From The Inside Out.” Attendees had the opportunity to practice coaching principles and techniques aimed at fostering both personal and professional growth for their team.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Angel Tree Program organized by the Wenger Global Procurement Team this holiday season. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program helps brighten the holidays for children in need. Through the Angel Tree, you have the opportunity to fulfill a child’s holiday wish by selecting a tag that includes the child’s name, age, and their desired or needed item, and then purchasing a gift. The unwrapped gifts were collected on December 4. We appreciate everyone who participated.

After several years of effort, the Wenger Group officially moved to a new office space in Lancaster, PA. The new space allowed the company to have a new and expanded WNSIC lab; training and collaboration spaces; and the ability to exit several buildings that had no more room for growth and were costing the organization more and more for repairs and maintenance.
