We’ve reached the official halfway mark of our 2026 Rookie season and we celebrated in true UA fashion during our annual Rookie Week at UA’s Baltimore Headquarters! For this program milestone, we pulled our U.S. Rookies out of their day-to-day work to unite as a sqUAd where they were inspired by local leaders, challenged one another, and celebrated the hard work they've been putting in over the last few weeks. In just 4 days, Rookies heard directly from Kevin Plank and other UA leaders, developed and presented impressive business proposals for a case study competition, and got a behind-the-scenes look at our Omni Distribution House. The highlight of the week was watching how they showed up for the Baltimore community. The team spent a morning at the Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club where they packed UA bags with school supplies and met campers and their families at pickup. These Rookies have already made a massive impact on the organization, and Rookie Week further proved they have exactly what it takes to finish the summer strong!
🏃What does it mean to work at a sports brand? At Under Armour APAC, it means having opportunities to experience sport beyond the workplace. As part of our commitment to teammate wellbeing and an active lifestyle, teammates can access a variety of sport-related experiences throughout the year - including participation opportunities in major sporting events, wellness initiatives, and community activities. We believe the best way to inspire performance is to help our teammates pursue it themselves! That's what makes LifeAtUA & UAAPAC more than a workplace experience - it's a culture built around movement, growth, and pushing what's possible!
Last week marked our first 𝙃𝙍 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙭 𝙄𝙏 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙮, bringing cross-functional teammates together for connection, collaboration and big-picture thinking. Throughout the day, teammates explored practical ways to use AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, virtual reality and other emerging technologies to make work easier, smarter and more connected across UA. The goal: help teammates spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on the work that moves us forward. To close out the day, the group headed to a Baltimore Orioles game, a reminder that strong partnerships aren’t just built in meetings. They’re built through time together, trust and a little team spirit. The ideas started in the room. The impact continues in the work ahead. #LifeatUA #UnderArmour #HRTechnology #HRInnovation
Some moments show the impact of a program better than any stat could. We recently welcomed 35 graduating seniors from the 2025-2026 Student Athlete Leadership Council to our Baltimore HQ for the Project Rampart Senior Luncheon. For many of these student-athletes, this moment was years in the making. Since their sophomore and junior years, they have helped shape Project Rampart by opening our Flagship Brand House store, unveiling new uniforms, naming and modeling the No Weigh Backpack, and inspiring the first Rampart Invitational Track Meet. Project Rampart is our commitment to eliminating barriers to access in youth sports across 23 Baltimore City Schools. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone with young leaders who have helped shape this work, challenged us to think bigger, and reminded us what impact looks like when it is built through real relationships. Congratulations, seniors. We’re proud to be part of your story and can’t wait to see what you do next.
Last week, our Value Everyone Through Service (VETS) Teammate Resource Group welcomed recruits from the Baltimore Police Department and Baltimore County Police Department Academies to the UA Stadium for our third annual Strength and Service workout in recognition of Police Week. The morning began with guest speakers and a ceremonial helicopter flyover, creating space to reflect on the lives and legacies of those lost in the line of duty. Together, more than 225 recruits, law enforcement leaders, and Under Armour teammates moved through a workout rooted in connection, resilience, and a shared commitment to service, with energy and purpose felt across the turf. #LifeatUA #PoliceWeek #Baltimore
Over 100 student-athletes from Baltimore and Oakland came together at UA HQ for the first-ever Project Rampart Student Athlete Leadership Council Summit. A day rooted in leadership, connection, and opportunity—where future leaders found their voice and began shaping what’s next. Project Rampart is about access, belief, and creating real pathways for student-athletes to succeed, on and off the field. This Summit brought that vision to life—and it’s just the beginning.
𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙮 is one of Under Armour’s core values, and this Earth Day was one way our teammates put it into action 🌎 Teams stepped out for local cleanup efforts, helping protect the spaces where we live, work, and train, including in Baltimore, Toronto, and Nashville. We believe our work is not just what we do, but how we do it. That means working responsibly, using resources thoughtfully, and continuing to seek better, more lasting solutions. It also means protecting our planet for all who play today, and all who will play on our home field in the future. Small actions, taken together, move us forward.

As a freshman at Loyola University Maryland, she watched a friend light up while interning on the original Click Clack campaign and knew she had to find her way to the brand. 15 years later, Frankie is our Sr. House Manager in our Amsterdam office, overseeing UA’s corporate real estate across EMEA and earning the nickname “Frankie the Fixer” for tackling the unexpected. Along the way, UA has shaped a truly global career, spanning two countries, international travel, and an evolved definition of success rooted in leading by example, living UA values, and showing up fully for her team. Beyond her role, Frankie serves as Chair of the EMEA Give Back Team, bringing UA’s community impact to life and creating meaningful volunteer moments that reflect her belief in being a person for others. What keeps her going? The people. The momentum. And a career where no two days are ever the same.
For Women's History Month, our Women Inspiring, Leading, and Living (WILL) Teammate Resource Group proudly hosted the 𝘏𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺, 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 panel discussion. The conversation moderated by Jocelyn Wesson featured Jeannette Robertson, Sara Gannon, and Elizabeth Bond and highlighted UA’s current focus on her and the future strategies and marketing campaigns shaping what’s next. This panel is just one of many ways WILL continues to activate, connect, and champion women not only this month, but all year long.
