Warm Beach recognizes those who made their milestone anniversaries in 2025. One of the many factors that make Warm Beach a great place to work is it's longevity across all departments. This year we congratulate 55 years of service in total from these 5 amazing staff members! 5 Years: Siri Owen - Program Coordinator for Independent Living Hal House - Security 15 Years: Brenda Spady - Dietary Lead 30 Years: Kelly Cabe - Cook's Assistant We are so thankful to have each of these employees and appreciate the wonderful care they provide to our residents. Our annual All Staff Picnic was so much fun! There's nothing like having fun games, good food, and great company! This year we did a raffle for the staff to win a boat trip out on the Puget Sound! The lucky winner was one of our Housekeepers, Angella! We also had our annual ladder ball tournament. Each department competes and whoever has the highest average score wins. This year our champions were our Facilities department! A special shout out to our Housekeepers who were some of our highest scorers. They definitely helped reign in the trophy! We're always looking forward to next year. :)

Congratulations to Marissa for being a S.T.A.R. (Someone Totally Awesome Recognized)! Marissa has been with Warm Beach for 2 years now. She started at Warm Beach as a brand new CNA. She has excelled in all she does as a caregiver and has grown immensely. She is now taking on the responsibility as a Med-Tech and working in both our Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care units. You can always guarantee that when you come down the hall, she will have a smile on her face. She is great with the residents, making sure they feel safe and well taken care of. We are so blessed to have her a part of our team.

Warm Beach Senior Community Staff had the opportunity to complete a fire safety training thanks to our local North County Fire Station! During our All Staff meeting, employees got the chance to practice the P.A.S.S. (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) on a real fire. You can say they all "P.A.S.S.ED" the test!

We are proud to have great tenure across our company departments as it is a reflection of the great culture we work hard to maintain.
