Warm Beach Senior Community is ending the 2024 year with S.T.A.R. employees! Our S.T.A.R. award stands for Someone Totally Awesome Recognized. Visitors, coworkers, managers, etc. can give out a S.T.A.R. to an employee they feel should be recognized whether it's for a job well done or brightening someone's day. This year we had 10 employees awarded. Those with shooting stars are our SUPER S.T.A.R.S for being recognized multiple times throughout the year.

Congrats to our most recent winner, Rainey B, for the Warm Fuzzy Award! The Warm Fuzzy Award is given in honor of Dorothy Madson and her family, for the wonderful care they experienced, and the staff of Warm Beach Senior Community. A Warm Fuzzy Award is given when someone you love or someone close to you says, or does something that gives you a tingling sensation, and sends your heart racing to the heavens! It is now a tradition Warm Beach Senior Community has embraced to recognize our amazing staff. During Rainey's time with us she has shown so much love, grace, determination, high quality care, dedication and so much more. We are lucky to have her as a part of our community and appreciate all the compassion she brings to our residents.

'Amazing and awe-inspiring': Local seniors enjoy high-flying experience
March 29, 2021 Warm Beach Senior Community has been certified as a Great Place to Work! The certification process considered surveys from all of WBSC’s employees. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
