It's only $100.00 a month and the goals ar e set so high you can't reach them. Then they change the goals mid month. So it's not really fair to everyone. The stat numbers were wrong and the managers finally agreed and fixed it after six months. They did not retro-act this error and had fired employees over it.

Not familiar with perf bonus for sr. managers, but perf bonus for lower levels was just introduced last year. There is an opportunity to get a good chunk of bonus money for the highest performing employees (top 10-15%)
