Job Training

Everyone learns differenty, right? What's great about Aflac is they have so many methods of learning. I find that I tend to learn best hands-on and practically versus in a classroom or in a book. All materials are provided, classroom trainings, group trainings, role-plays, real-life practice and on the job shadowing by the management makes this an ideal learning experience for anyone willing to put in the effort. "Winners are just losers who tried one more time."

There are not really any benefits, they just are all super sweet. this job supposes you already know a lot of people you can sell too and you make a killing off selling to them

Best thing about working at SCAMHC is the fulfillment of helping those in need.

13 weeks of amazing job training. You’ll learn a lot. It’s unpaid training. But it’s very informative and motivating.

A good DM will spend time training you in the field, a bad one will spend a few hours one on one with you at the most.

Required to spend weeks in training, and you are not paid to go to this training. You also have to travel to wherever the training is located, although if it is more than an hour commute they will pay for your hotel. The training itself is informative, but if you have been in sales before in any fashion, it is essentially weeks spent unpaid learning the Aflac way.

it is inadequate and insufficient. its 3-4 days long and spread over a month. you go to this training after a month or two and hope that there are going to be enough people there. theres also some online trainings that certify you in certain aspects like using the sales portal for example. they are also not the best

Brief training on products and some basic sales practice, but little practical assistance.

Classroom style which is great but does not prepare you for the starting position at the company. It just taught a lot about the products and company.
