The training goes with the flow what is going on with the company. The story always relate to the goal of the training. A lot of hands on training.

It's set-up as if you've never worked in the phone doing customer service but the first requirement for getting the job is customer service experience.

They place a large focus on constantly improving through additional training. Training is available through several platforms from in person to online.

I was shown what to do, but in general learned on own the system presently used, and laid the ground work for the new system the were using when I left.
I received better training from the Ceao's office.

It is really fast and hard to keep up. If you have a good manager then you are set, if not then ask for help because otherwise you won't make it.

There was no sales training. Just product training. They hire anyone who can pass the insurance license. District managers are bonuses based on new recruits

Depends on who's training you but if your manage sucks just ask for tips from the other managers.
