There is training for some of the more "paper pushing" positions so that everyone is taught exactly the same. Other more "professional" roles, require more "trial by fire" and learn on the fly as the duty's and work change so rapidly. If you want to be at that pay level, you need to have the ability to pick up on things and roll with it.

There is a very strong job training program. You go through it before you begin. I loved it, it was fun and teaches you a lot about the company and getting prepared for work.
