It is the best thing I could ask for

There is training for some of the more "paper pushing" positions so that everyone is taught exactly the same. Other more "professional" roles, require more "trial by fire" and learn on the fly as the duty's and work change so rapidly. If you want to be at that pay level, you need to have the ability to pick up on things and roll with it.

Try to figure it out best you can.

There is a very strong job training program. You go through it before you begin. I loved it, it was fun and teaches you a lot about the company and getting prepared for work.

The trainers are decent, I've worked for 3 Fortune 500 companies, this training was by far the worst.

Depending on the department, it is learn as you go. They need a formal training program for those departments lacking this.

Very poor job training at the regional offices. They are looking for people to drive money but they don't care about you. You're merely human capital to the sales coordinators.
