The employee paid amount is more fair than it has been in the past.

Good, but not great. Even the value plan has a very high out of pocket max.

Insurance benefits are ok. They are better than last year. Dental and vision plans are really great plans.

They just increased the subsidy on health insurance so that the company is picking up 80% of the cost.

coverage is extremely horrible and awful

401k is very generous. They have an option for real insurance and not some massively high deductible HSA plan. They also pay a lot of your premium. Seriously, it's one of the better health insurance plans out there.

It's the bare minimum and you have to wait 90 days after starting employment to take effect. We lose out on getting a lot of talented people because of the lack of benefits. Employees are given 10 paid leave days, with no sick days. Bereavement time is included in your paid vacation time, and you're only allowed to take 3 days max. There is flexibility if you have a decent manager though.

It's expensive, limited in terms of in-network providers and has a very high maximum out of pocket.

It's pretty standard. Nothing special.
