New healthcare with Arches is awful. Within a week of the switch they dropped coverage for my most expensive prescription, and they only cover one hospital in Salt Lake. As for Overstock in general, they change our healthcare so often that you can't build relationships with your doctors. And if you have ongoing health issues, RUN, because as soon as you get your treatment right, they'll change the insurance provider and you will be forced to start from scratch. Switching to Arches was a purely financial decision; no consideration was given to the actual health of employees.

Great benefits with Arches Health Care and matching 401K.

The coverage is really good at 80/20%. Deductible is not bad and premiums are reasonable. I came from the public sector and was impressed; it costs a little more, but the coverage is about the same.

Pretty good, but I don't have enough experience with other companies to compare it to something else.

It could always be cheaper but healthcare is a benefit that is never cheaper.
