This place provided a decent heath insurance for me when I worked there. However, it didnt measure up to my spouse's employer so I canceled after getting married.

Above average, but not exceptional. Not really sure though whether it is a good idea for an online discount retailer to be too generous with benefits. Seems like it doesn't fit the business model.

The company they were using went bankrupt. I feel like they didn't have the employees' best interests in mind when they selected them...

HSA is quite good, all other options are awful. Employees have to wait until the beginning of the next month for health benefits, so they have to use COBRA from their previous job to bridge the gap.

The value plan is ok, but if you need a special doctor that is outside of the network, it's pretty expensive to either pay for it or to go with the premium plan.
