Vacation & Paid Time Off

Average amount of paid time offered. There is nothing special or unique about this benefit with CSC?

The vacation package is standard. 3 weeks vacation until 10 years of service.

Cheap Skate Corp is too cheap to allow vacation rollover from prior year, although many people work too much and don't take their vacation days in time.

You used to start with 10 vacation days and then after a certain amount of years it would increase to 15. Now they have changed that sliding scale so that you are stuck at 10 days for a longer amount of time. Also, some years, they will force you to take some vacation days on the days they decide will be shutdown days.

Forced to take time off. The military never forced me when to take time off, they do here. Better take it or loose it! Otherwise you can come and go as you please.

Two weeks vacation per year for non-manager positions to start. I don't believe that is increased until year 5 if you even last that long.
